The Nails Boutique has a 70% cancellation fee for any no-calls,no-shows and 50% cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment(No exceptions). “If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.” Note: "I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. After you are 15 minutes ,you may need to reschedule and will be charged 50% price of the service".
